Wildfire Response and Services

Hi Merrilee,

I have heard your office sends out an email blast with fire support resources in the community. We would like to be added to your list of resources.

We are not specifically serving Jewish families. Our program is open to anyone who needs assistance related to the wildfires, although in our outreach efforts we want to be sure all impacted Jewish individuals are being assisted.

We are doing long-term recovery. Our program and case workers will be available as long as there are still fire-related needs. Our case workers walk clients through the system of recovery, and assist impacted individuals in accessing resources and funding. We also have financial assistance available for those in need.

Jewish Family Service is very experienced in organizing the recovery process following a natural disaster. Our experienced case managers will stay with their clients until the very end, meeting every need. Jewish Family Service goes where the needs are. New services will be implemented to meet the different needs that arise.
