Dear Community Fire Relief Team Members -

First of all, can I just say you rock!!!! There was so much power and good vibe in one room I thought we’d walk outside and see a spotlight straight to the skies from there! I’m just so thrilled and honored to be working with such dedicated people who get things done and step up to the plate!

Here is the sign-in contact information for everyone (.xls - internet version only lists group names). Please review and tell me of any changes. If you were not there but want to be included, just send me your contact info.

Here are the notes from the meeting (.doc). Please note the assignments at the bottom.

ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Identify any housing in area and forward info to Merrilee
2. Identify members of groups with trucks/vans and willing volunteers to help move furniture
3. Meet with your group and decide on what projects you will do or want to participate in – notify Merrile immediately for distribution.

Remember - please clear all projects through team so we don’t duplicate efforts and we can support each other.

Also, send all info so we can publicize your efforts through the Team network!!
