Counseling event for fire families

Hope Counseling Center* in R. B. presents:

TWO NIGHTS

JOIN US FOR TWO EVENING SEMINARS OFFERING INFORMATION TO HELP YOU DEAL WITH THE EMOTIONAL TRAUMA FROM THE FIRES.

When?
Monday, November 26th from 7-8:30pm
&
Tuesday, November 27th from 7-8:30pm

Come to one or both. They will be different.

Where?
Mt. Olive Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall
14280 Poway Rd. in Poway

Who?
Anyone affected by the fires: whether you lost your house or business, have smoke or water damage, live near the damage, or helped fight the fires.

Why?
To normalize your experience, realize you are not alone, and to gain tools and resources to deal with the emotional side of the fires.

These evenings will be led by professional counselor, Edie Davis, MA, MFT (Marriage, Family Therapist). We will also hear from Cedar Fire Family members.

Seminars are free and we are offering free childcare with a reservation. Please email your child’s name and age to: ediedavis1@yahoo.com and we will reserve a place for him or her. We will have a nursery open as well as a “homework room”.
