“Ask An Expert” On-Line Forum launched

United Policyholders is pleased to announce the launch of a new information support resource for ‘07 Firestorm Survivors. Recognizing that access to information is one of the key elements to navigating a catastrophic property loss, UP has created “Ask An Expert”, an on-line forum where 2007 Firestorm Survivors can easily obtain answers to disaster recovery-related questions from experts in the field. The forum allows users to direct a question to: (1) a lawyer, (2) a claims handling professional, or (3) a previous catastrophic loss survivor. United Policyholders is able to draw upon a large volunteer base of professionals, including lawyers and claims handling professionals, as well as previous catastrophic loss survivors, who will be responding to the questions posed on the forum. “Ask An Expert” is a restricted on-line forum for 2007 Firestorm Survivors and accessible by invitation only. 2007 Firestorm Survivors who wish to receive an “invitation” to the Ask An Expert On-Line Forum, should send an e-mail to: Emily@unitedpolicyholders.org. Please put: “Ask An Expert Invite” in the subject line of the e-mail. A flier with details about the “Ask An Expert” on-line forum is attached.
